By our standards, agents are professionals that can participate of our ecosystema at the same time they develop other projects or attend a full-time job in a company. However, every agent is responsible for manage the the impact in their current job and company policies. What is important to our model is the ultimate result, not the hours they spend to deliver it.

Location & remote work

There's absolutely no requirement regarding to location in specific areas. We admit agents from different countries and regions and our model is remote-first - even tough we like to promote presencial interactions too.

Revenue Model

Agents can have a fixed revenue at Yellow Group in specific cases of dedication, but our model is variable-oriented in most cases providing great perspectives in high tickets (limitless revenue).
